Who We Are 

Envision Builders Inc. is a general contracting company based in Renton, Washington. Founded by Tim Kairez, we’ve grown from a small local outfit into a trusted name across the greater Seattle area. Our focus has always been simple: deliver quality work, stand by our word, and build lasting relationships with every client.

Founder and Executive of Envision Builders Inc., Tim brings over 30 years of experience in general contracting, design-build, and construction management. He has led projects ranging from multifamily housing and mixed-use developments to tenant improvements and custom residential builds. Tim is committed to building lasting client relationships through transparency, integrity, and quality workmanship.
