Tim Kairez is the Founder and Project Executive of Envision Builders Inc., a Puget Sound–based general contracting firm focused on multifamily, commercial, and residential construction projects. With a career dedicated to delivering high-quality projects across the region, Tim brings extensive experience in project leadership, cost management, and construction execution.

Throughout his career, Tim has been involved in the successful delivery of a wide range of projects, including multifamily housing developments, mixed-use buildings, tenant improvements, and residential construction. His experience spans projects of varying sizes and complexities, with a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship, efficient project management, and collaborative partnerships.

As Founder of Envision Builders, Tim established the company with a clear mission: to deliver projects that exceed expectations while building long-term relationships with clients, partners, and communities. Under his leadership, Envision Builders operates with a commitment to transparency, accountability, and disciplined project execution.

Tim takes a hands-on approach to leadership, remaining actively involved throughout every phase of a project—from preconstruction planning and budgeting to construction management and final delivery. His focus on proactive communication and strategic problem-solving ensures that projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client goals.

Ashley Kairez -Director of Business Development

Ashley Kairez - Director of Business Development With 13 years of experience in residential construction, Ashley brings a strong background in project leadership, business development, and client relations to the role of Director of Business Development. Her passion for the industry began with her background, education, and experience in interior design, where she first developed a deep appreciation for the creative and functional impact of thoughtfully designed spaces.

Prior to this position, she served as a Project Manager for BlackRock, one of the nation’s leading real estate firms, where she was recognized for her exceptional ability to acquire new clients, strengthen distributor relationships, and identify cost-saving opportunities that improved overall project performance.

Known for thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, Ashley is passionate about building strong teams, delivering results, and finding opportunity in complexity. With a hands-on approach and a sharp eye for both growth and efficiency, she is dedicated to driving successful development projects from concept to completion.
