Envision Builders Inc’s Executive proudly partnered in the delivery of the Market Building, a ground-up

commercial development in Tumwater, WA. Spanning 17,000 square feet and designed to accommodate

11 diverse tenant spaces, this project showcases our ability to deliver flexible, high-quality retail and

commercial environments.

Developed for Craft District and designed by Cardinal Architecture, this $2.5M project brought together

a collaborative team focused on creating a long-lasting community hub. Our Executive managed the project

from start to finish, overseeing site development, steel structure framing, mechanical/electrical integration,

and tenant-ready interiors.

The Market Building stands as a strong example of our expertise in commercial construction, tenant

improvements, and ground-up development — reinforcing our reputation for delivering projects that

meet both client and community needs.
