affordable housing community in Seattle. This project delivers 17 green certified residential units,

designed to provide long-term comfort, efficiency, and accessibility for local families.

Developed for Habitat for Humanity – King County and designed by Green Canopy/NODE, Olympic Ridge reflects the power of collaboration in building sustainable, community-focused housing. Our Executive managed the project from start to finish, overseeing site development, structural framing, utility integration, and interior finishes to achieve a $5.2M build that met budget and schedule expectations.
